picture and a question...
this child has a death wish!! 
the attached picture is how i found her after me laying her down on her back to watch tv...so much for that idea!!!
i need to get her something so that she can hold onto and stand up. when i went to check out daycare centers last week i saw a little girl crawl and get herself to a standing position by holding onto something that looked exactly like an exercauser, but it wasn't that. does anyone know what this contraption is called? i see it all the times in garage sales but i never knew what it was for since it didn't have an opening in the middle for the baby to sit in so i never paid it much attention. now that my child the human monkey wants to climb all over me and her play gym, i think i need one but i don't know what it's called. help pls? First of all, Allison is super cute! Such a big girl pulling herself up!  Second, I ahave absolutely no idea what you are talking about!! Does this thing have things to play with on it? Is it a table of some sort? Can you call the daycare place and ask them what it is? Sorry that I am not much help.

I dont think this is what you're talking about, but this was my son's favorite (and my daughter played with it too even though she was alittle older)

Could it have been an exersaucer, mine came apart, the seat came out and you could rearrange the pieces that made the cirlce into an "S" shaped play center.

could i have been that slow and not noticed a big hole in the middle of these things!? could they have been excersaucers all along!?
i gotta call the daycare tomorrow and put my mind at ease! it looks just like an excersaucer but its not!
