Picture Day

Picture Day is Friday. The school has been hot. Would you put your kid in khaki shorts or still do slacks?

Re: Picture Day

In my experience they only show from the waist up anyway, so put them in whatever they are comfortable in.

Re: Picture Day

Going to cool down after today. I say pants and nice shirt is fine.
We had picture day on a hot day and some kids still wore pants and saw long sleeves too.
The gym had AC where the pics were done and majority of the pics were done early in the morning before the got all sweaty. LOL

Class picture is what I always thought about with pants, unless they're tall and standing in the back, and even then, my son is tall and he's been sitting before.

My son is older now, and they were showing on his school's instagram one kid who posed for 8th grade senior pictures (where they had to wear a collar and a tie) how he just wore a thing over a t shirt that was a collar and a tie Chat Icon

This - I usually put them in solid color mesh shortst that matches their polo shirt.

I wouldn't think anything of seeing a kid in shorts in the class pic.

Same. Ours are the week after school starts so all of the boys are in shorts. And some girls too.
