Picture Question - Not Christmas this time but First Birthday
Differnet Picture question…I need to get DS’s christmas pics done soon so I was going to do his 1 year pics at the same time….but I need some ideas as to what he should wear.
What did you put your little ones in for their first year pics….do I dress him up or just casual?

Both girls for their 1st birthday i did formal dresses. My DD for her 2nd birthday was a little more casual. I did a birthday shirt with tutu and birthday shirt and jeans.

I have a girl.. but I had her pictures taken in the dress she wore for her 1st birthday party. It was pink with fuzzy bottom and said in stones "birthday princess".
I would defiantly dress ds up for his 1st birthday picture.

See normally I would dress him up but I am thinking because his holiday pics will be alittle more dressed up that maybe casual for his birthday ones...
I have a birthday boy shirt so maybe that with jeans and sneakers...

I would do less dress up for christmas do more dressed up for first birthday. If it wasnt first birthday then I would just do what your doing, but first birthday I feel like its such a Major milestone.

I would do less dress up for christmas do more dressed up for first birthday. If it wasnt first birthday then I would just do what your doing, but first birthday I feel like its such a Major milestone.
Thats a good idea/point....

I dressed DD in the outfit (dress) she wore to her 1st B-day party. I also did some casual photos in a summer outfit I particularly liked. I wanted both the dressed up photo and the casual, seasonal photo.
Maybe you could do a holiday outfit with holiday background and fall outfit or his B-day outfit with a fall background?

DS wore the sailor suit he wore to his bday party in the photos so dressier than usual. They turned out well.
