What do you do with all the great pictures you have in your phone? My kids are 2,4,6 and I never print pictures or change out frames. I would really like to start printing 4x6 pictures and making a few albums. Should I do 1 album a year for EACH child with their individual pictures and nice family pictures or start the first year the first child is born and do a collective album of the entire family from parties, events, nice sibling/family pictures and do like 1 of those a year. I want them to have something in the future. What do you do? What’s the most inexpensive way to print 4x6 pictures?

Re: Pictures
Why not do photo books on Shutterfly or snap fish?

I make google albums. I used to print all my favorites every month and make regular albums. Then we moved while I was pregnant with my daughter and all the albums went into storage and I haven't made one since. I do print my favorites and frame them. I also make a few ornaments for the tree of my favorite memories. We also have a google device that shows pictures and it's synced to our albums so we see new pictures all the time.

Re: Pictures
I make a photo album each year on Shutterfly. I kind of fell off in 2020 because we know that year was a lot but it's super easy when I put the pictures in the album throughout the year. I just keep it as a saved project in my Shutterfly account and add photos and pages as time progresses. They are decent quality and when they have sales (especially the unlimited pages) it's not bad at all. I'm a control freak so I treat it almost like digital scrapbooking but you can just upload the photos and they'll plug it into an album for you.
I also make calendars for my family with the previous years pictures. It started as a gift for my difficult to shop for mother-in-law, but now others have requested them and I have to make like 5 and give them out at Christmas time.
ETA: I also have photos on my Echo Show in a slideshow. And Shutterfly has $1 magnets or free magnet sales a lot. So I put my favorite photos on magnets and I have them all over my fridge. I started doing them for work since I had a metal message board on my desk, but I work from home permanently now. So they're all on my fridge.
