Pilates
I've never done Pilates before, but thinking of taking a class once a week at my gym.
For those that have done it, is it hard to learn? DO you see good results?

I love pilates (well I haven't done the "real" pilates on the machines) but The Windsor Pilates tapes are great and I took classes at my old gym also. It definitley made me feel good and strengthened my abs and back, my "core".

I have done Pilates Reformer on the machine-it is AWESOME! i saw such a difference in my body within 4-6 weeks. I took it at NYSC with Lauren who is also awesome-she will make you atraining program too if you join the class. It is about $200 in addition to gym membership
