Anyone try them?
I hear it's really good for core and strength.

I've done reformer classes at NYSC and also Reforming NY in the city. I did both mat and reformer classes for years...while I loved the reformer, I find that the mat classes are actually more difficult (and less expensive). Its a great workout either way though.

Have you done pilates? I would start there if you haven't. I agree withPP and find it to be a better workout and it's included in your membership

Pilates is excellent for core strength! I've been taking private sessions for over a year and it has completely changed my body.

Took them they are awesome. I took it for 6 weeks and they had to take in my dress two inches along the sides I saw a difference in my body after 3 sessions. If you can afford it you can change your body!

I did the fall session at NYSC of the Reformer classes. I loved the class and saw so much core improvement, but the cost on top of my gym membership was a little much. I actually get a cheaper rate per class at a private studio now!
If you want to try pilates reformer, keep your eye out for groupon deals (or other sites that often do that group sale stuff -- try Yipit, they consolidate all sites). I got a five-pack of classes once for really cheap.

I think they are offering 8 classes for $239. It's a bit expensive but I know it would really change my body and boy do I need a change.
