Pilates Studios in Suffolk County
I used to go to pilates classes on a regular basis for about 2 years before I got married. So since I got married I've started to gain weight and get a lot of "pudge".
So I started to go back to my old pilates studio, but they have changed their schedule and there are a lot fewer classes I can now attend. Does anyone do pilates in Suffolk that can recommend a studio that has classes early mornings or evenings or on the weekends?

There's a new one opening in Babylon Village- I think the name is Fab Pilates.
It still says coming soon, so I don't know anything about the schedule. I'll update if I learn anything new.
ETA: I just googled it and found a website

$10 a session is the cheapest I've seen ever! I hope its good! I will definitely check it out.
I called and they said the opening day is Oct 27th and its a fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness. Im not really sure what she means by that, but it sounds like a great idea.

Yeah, I also emailed her after I found the link and signed up for the fundraiser classes- there are 2 classes- $15 each and the proceeds (not sure if it's a percentage or all) go to breast cancer research.

I think I might do the same. Its a good cause anyway and I'd love to check out the studio. Thanks for the info.
