Pineapple Upside Down Cake
It's DH's favorite so I am baking one for his Bday today. I found a recipe and hope it is good... but does anyone have a really good tried and true recipe for this??? Just curious if you could share. I would like to have a great recipe for this since it is his most fasvorite thing.

OMG that was my grandma's fav. recipe....I have it at home....I can send it to you! (im at work right now)
ETA: I got really excited b/c this is such an old recipe and I thought my Mom was the only person in the world to still make this haha

I use the recipe on the side of the yellow cake mix box - not from scratch, sorry.
But I wanted to add - I've substituted mandarin oranges for the pineapples and OJ for the pineapple juice and its delicious!
