I can't lump them together since it's an injection vs. a suppository
the suppository isn't painful but it's messy
the injection isn't too bad, but you can get knots in the area after if you don't massage
it really depends on what your RE feels you need

Honestly, I think Id rather the shots!
Im on the suppositories 4 times a day and they are messy. I would also assume that once I am cleared to have s*x the suppositories will not make that very easy and/or fun. UGH!

I only had to take one suppository at night and I would take that over the shot any day.....
And the suppository wasn't that messy at all (I guess because I only had to do it once a day).

I was on the shots and suppositories for the passed 11 weeks I finally graduated from the shots yesteday and I am only taking the suppositories I am so glad for that they were really starting to hurt and I was running out of places to put them there were so many knots back there...
