Pirates of the Carribbean..who saw it?

I thought it was really good. Didn't seem like 2 1/2 hours to me. I think Johnny Depp is such a great actor. He can play in any role.

I liked it, but I liked the first one better.

The third movie is filming, and will wrap soon!

Johnny depp's mannerisms were hysterical.
I liked the makeup & computer graphics of all the fish-headed people, and the scene when they are deuling on the wheel was great!!

Umm..hullo. of course there's gonna be a third. They announced years ago it would be a trilogy and shot the 2nd two simultaneously.

You're just a hater.

I don't think I can be friends with you anymore.

That's it! You're out of the clique! You're not allowed to disagree

They pulled out all the visual stops. And it had the same humor as the first one.

it's a lot darker than the first one, so if anyone has kids, even if they did well witht eh 1st one, the 2nd one might not be for them. There were a few moments I found truly horrifying

Yeah, its rated PG 13 for a reason.
"PG-13 for intense sequences of adventure violence, including frightening images."

Re: Pirates of the Carribbean..who saw it?

I absolutely LOVED it and wanna go see it again. There were a couple of scary scenes, one in like the first ten minutes.
How can you not love "Captain Jack Sparrow"?
His mannerisms and quips are hilarious - my fave was the scene when he was trying to escape the cannibalsChat Icon

Re: Pirates of the Carribbean..who saw it?

I loved his make up with the cannibals.

I love Johnny Depp. A lot of reviews said he carried the movie. I think the whole movie was great. We didn't get to see as much from Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley, I felt. but I think in general the acting is great, and Johnny Depp is just increidble.

LOVE it!

I love the dialogue, I love the acting, I love the way Jack Sparrow runs

and it's not just a completely mindless action movie, there's a lot more going on. LOVE it.

Shorty, I'm curous, why didn't you like it? Like I can understand if you were like "Oh I didn't really like it that much" but it seems like you hated it. What's there to hate?
