Piyo
Is anyone else doing Piyo? I'm starting week 2. I enjoy it, but according to the heart rate monitor, I'm not burning as many calories as I normally do during a workout. I'm debating adding in some more cardio. Just wondering what others thought of the program.

Re: Piyo
I'm part of a team and started today with the intro. I did do the upper and lower body workout last week to see what I was getting myself into. Coming from T25, I didn't feel the challenge but I didn't get into anymore workouts. I know it's totally different from T25. Hoping it gets a bit more challenging as we go on.

It's not a challenging workout lime the others. It's more for people who have been through the others and just need to sculpt a f get off those last few pounds or somebody who is brand new and starting out.
