Place to have a 30th b-day party??
I am looking for an AFFORDABLE place to have DH's 30th b-day party. I wanted to do appetizers and beer and wine but am having a hard time finding somewhere. I am open to doing a full dinner but I am looking to keep the cost down. We are in suffolk county. Thanks!

we just went to a 40th bday at kasey's in rockville center and it was very good. i dunno the cost but as a guest they were fabulous.

I just went to a 30th at Lly Flanagan's in Babylon. It was nice. They did a buffet and had appetizers and full bar. Not sure of the price though

LOVE this place,m they have great specials too, 1/2 priced apps and 2 fers alot of the times...soooo yummy too

Irish Times in Holbrook - we had a party there and the cost was reasonable.

Croxley's Ale house in Farmingdale is where I had DH's 30th. It was great! They have all different packages!

I just booked a party for my hubby at The Bench Bar and Grill in Stony Brook (the old Park Bench location). I am doing appetizers and they said they can accomodate a cash bar (it's not a milestone B-day, just getting some people together to celebrate what's left of his thirties) or they can include beer/wine. I think he said beer/wine was $12pp. It's a really nice place.
