We went to Ellen's Stardust Diner. It was really cute! The waiters and waitresses sing the entire time. We went for breakfast and the food was good, not sure about the other meals!

I was just going to recommend this. We took DD after the Wiggles and she loved the singing and dancing and typical diner food was perfect for her...It's also a block or two from M&M world!!
ETA: There is also Mars2112 right around there as well!

Mars 2112! It's on Broadway and 50th (or 51st), so very close to the tree and Times Square. It's a lot of fun for kids! We just took my niece/nephews there after the XMas Spectacular and they LOVED it.
