Not sure if it is kid-friendly.
My friend has been staying there for the last 4 Summers and I went to visit her last weekend. There are two Palm hotels and they are both really nice, but the one facing the bay is probably the best.
I would recommend Kismet or Fair Harbor for a family stay on FI.
