THIS! I was told that all activity was fine during pregnancy except for ab stuff!

I did planks while pregnant, Dr said it was fine.

Just spoke to my doctor and he actually recommended I continue to do so. He only recommend exercise during pregnancy if you were doing it prior. Told me not to try anything new.

I did them on my knees with a trainer until my belly wouldn't let me. Instead of pushups, he had me do them on the wall.
