Plant help needed

I bought a hyacinth plant last week and it has four stems with the flowers on the ends. Today the stems are all leaning over to their sides not standing straight up like they were before...Is this normal? I gave it some water and have it near sunlight, but it looks weird. Should I move it out of the sun(by the way they aren't leaning towards the sun) and the flower parts still look healthy.

I'd love to help you but in plantdom, I'm Lady Blackthumbs. All I can say is that it could be too much water, not enough water, too much sunlight or just their time to wither. If it isn't enough water and you just gave them some, don't expect them to straighten up right away. It may take the afternoon. Good luck!

They do that when the plant is done with it bloom. Cut the flowers to the stem. You can also plant the bulbs outside now.

I've stuck a chopstick in the pot and tied it up with a little string before, to get a few extra days.

Re: Plant help needed

I live in an apartment, so they'll be no planting them outside. I'm going to try to tie them up because they still smell so pretty.

Do you think if I cut them to the stems they will regrow inside the house?

its perfectly normal - just cut them back you can put the stems in water if you want to save them for awhile - if you put them near a window you may be able to get a second bloom
