Please Adopt Molly --- AGAIN!

Please Adopt Molly!

Molly's owners returned her b/c they are elderly and did not realize that she would need to be walked daily! This is very sad for Molly so we are looking to get the word out again to anyone who might want to adopt her...

CLICK ON PLEASE ADOPT MOLLY AGAIN...

http://www.townelineveterinarygroup.com/

Molly does not do well with children so her heartbroken family has had to give her away.

She has bonded with Dr. Kothari and our groomer Kim. In the proper situation she can be a loving pet.

We are looking for a family without children that can adopt Molly.

She had not shown any signs of aggression towards other dogs.

If you are interested in meeting Molly and perhaps giving her the gift of a second chance, please come by the hospital.

You can see a pic by going to the link and clicking on PLEASE ADOPT MOLLY which is at the top.

Re: Please Adopt Molly!

I was afraid to click on the link bc I thought it would be a Shih Tzu! I have such a love for that breed and if I lived in NY I would consider it. So nice of you to post it here. I hope she finds a home soon! Chat Icon

FYI, Just saw that Molly is up for adoption again, the family returned her! Chat Icon Spread the word if you know anyone looking for a dog!

From the link:
Believe it or not, Molly’s new family returned her. Not because of any aggression issues, but because they did not want to be bothered walking her each morning. They are an elderly couple who did not realize the responsibility in taking in a dog. Perhaps it is a blessing in disguise.

To refresh the story, Molly was having some issues with the children in her first household. She is only appropriate for a family that does not have children. She seems to do well with other dogs.

We have taken her back into our hospital where she will again patiently await the next, and hopefully, final stop on her journey.

If you are interested in meeting Molly, please contact Kim at our office to set up a time to come in and see her.

I have to say that vet is awesome, I used him when he was in Commack.. you just really never know with people. I'm sure they said all the right things and they were a good fit (I'm assuming didn't have small kids around) and just proved to not be up for it.

I hope she finds a home! Chat Icon

Exactly what happened... I love our Vet, both doctors are amazing people and wonderful doctors. I think they did the absolute best they could but sometimes these things just happen.

Re: Please Adopt Molly --- AGAIN!

I'm going in for Brinkley's yearly appointment on Thursday so I just called and asked if I could come early to meet Molly. I'm going to take a video of her and I'll post it here and on Facebook if anyone is interested.

They said she does have some fear around small children and will correct impolite dogs (like Brinkley, who loves to run right at other dogs when he's excited Chat Icon) but is not aggressive.
