Please be careful.......
I forgot to mention that when I was in the E/R on Saturday a woman came in w/ her 5 1/2 month old baby. Me being the nosey person I am couls hear the EMTs telling the nurse that the mother had her baby in his carseat on a shopping cart. (we have all done this) But, this mother didn't have the baby strapped in & the baby wiggled out & fell! The baby looked ok but PLEASE never have the baby in the seat w/ out them being strapped in. I don't care how young they are!

Re: Please be careful.......
I even get nervous because I can't get the carset to hook in right at our grocery stores. Theres always that stupid plastic ad thing in the way. I always try to keep on hand on the car seat.

Thats so sad..... It's so important to keep the baby strapped in at all times.
Here in Chicago and baby died in a car accident. The parents were taking the baby to the hospital. The baby got sick in the car and just when the mother unstrapped the baby to clean him up, they were struck head on by another car. The baby was ejected and died instantly.
