Please give me your most amazing recipe for dessert to bring to someone's house this weekend- but not kit kat cake- I already bought that to her house. Thanks!
I am looking for an easy dessert to bring to a friends house this weekend, I already made the Kit Kat cake, it was a big hit but looking for something else. I want it to be amazing and delicious and easy. Ask me to cook a 5 course meal no problem, but dessert is another story- I make good desserts , but like to cook rather then bake. Thank you in advance.

Boston Cream Cupcakes are really easy to make, and people always think these take a lot of talent. Trust me, they don't, haha. I follow the recipe for the most part--the only thing I change is that I don't put powdered sugar on top (it would be way too sweet IMO)!
Boston Cream Cupcakes
ETA: I'm sure you can easily translate this into a cake, if you prefer to do that!

Caramel Bars
These always get rave reviews! The two changes I always make is to use a 9" square pan and substitute pecans for the walnuts.

7 layer cookie cake it's amazing!
The almond paste is 6$ for 6oz and you need double that. I found that I can substitute almond paste filling (12oz) for the grated paste and it tastes just as good

Brownie Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting!
I made it last weekend and it was delicious and easy!
Brownie Recipe Bake in cake pan about 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Frosting: * 1 cup confectioners' sugar * 1 cup creamy peanut butter * 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature * 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract * 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt * 1/3 cup heavy cream
Place the confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Mix on medium-low speed until creamy, scraping down the bowl with a rubber spatula as you work. Add the cream and beat on high speed until the mixture is light and smooth.

I make a cake..it's called "Almost as Good as S3X cake" Everyone loves it and it's prety simple to make.
2 boxes of devil's food cake, cooked according to package directions in a regular rectangular cake pan (9X11??) Once cake comes out of the oven..while it's still hot poke holes all over the top of cake. Pour in 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (in to the holes) then pour in a jar of butterscotch OR caramel syrup (like ice cream syrup) Allow to cool (I usually put it in the fridge for a few hours) Ice with cool whip and top with crushed FROZEN snickers bars (freeze two snickers bars and then place in a ziplock bag and crush with a mallet)
everyone loves it!
