Please help: BB cream VS tinted moisturizer AND which brand do you recommend (of each)
Also do you use just a tinted moisturizer / BB cream or do you apply a moisturizer first? I normally wear a regular moisturizer , but i have noticed that my skin looks uneven lately. I don't have acne BUT I am prone to clogged pores which causes me to break out easily if I'm not carful and watch what I use. I also have combination skin and my tzone gets very oily. I don't have any wrinkles or lines yet. So my main issue is my uneven skin that doesn't look "fresh" I hate foundation and can never find match for my skin. So anyway I was looking at some stuff and looks like tinted moisturizer or a BB cream might work best for me. I read BB provides more coverage, is this true in your experience? I also read great things about Garner and Revlon BB creams , but which one is better ? LM tinted moisturizer another top selling product but it's so Please give me some advice and recommendations. Thank you

I have only used BB creams, never tried tined moisturizers- but I hear they are pretty much the same thing. I have tried a ton of BB creams and I always end up back with Garnier with the Revlon photoready a close second. If you have combination skin and some breakouts I'd recommend the Garnier oil free one... a lot ot BB creams tend to be a bit oily. I also just bought one to try yesterday- Maybelline Dream Fresh BB cream- I only tested it a little yesterday so I can't say how it will be, but it seems to be a very light coverage- and it says it's oil free. The best thing is to buy them at Ulta or someplace that takes back used product- so you can try them out and return if you don't like them.

They say you don't have to and with combo/oily skin myself, I don't.

I use Clinque's CC cream. It's amazing & I don't have to moisturize before hand.

Yeah, they are pretty much the same thing. I do use a regular moisturizer underneath...basically I do a wrinkle serum, wrinkle moisturizer and then BB cream...and then bare minerals...damn I just realized I have a lot of layers on my face lol

I haven't found it in a store yet but, I am just finishing a sample tube of Pacifica Alight . It's amazing. It has reflective properties and it not as thick as a foundation but, not as thin as a tinted moisturizer. I think those are not what you are looking for.
ETA: according to the website.. target in Huntington has it. The others are all out of stock.
