Please Help Me Decide About Getting The Baby Jogger 2011 City Mini Single Stroller

My DD is 2 1/2. We have an Uppa Baby Vista which she never loved. I mostly use the Graco Metrolite now but weight wise she will soon grow out of it, (i mean sooner than later). This stroller, the City Mini is up to 50lbs and has great reviews. I know its a really "in" stroller but can you mommies who have it tell me why I should or shouldn't go and splurge on a $240 stoller for a 2 1/2 year old?

PS. Is this seat reclined or does it go straight up? I think my DD didn't like my Uppa Baby Vista because of that:)

We have the 2010 version and LOVE it!! The seat can recline all the way back, but it fully adjustable. The only real difference in the 2011 version is that now that seat can go straight up if you want it to, whereas the older model can only go up to a certain point. So this one can go anywhere from flat back to straight upright. The sunshade is extendable and has basically 3 different positions. The longest one offers SO much coverage, which I love for my Irish-skinned baby boy It's incredibly lightweight, and folds open and closed SO easily. When we're done with a walk, I usually take my son out (14 months old), hold him in one hand, and fold up the stroller in one swift motion with the other hand- I LOVE how easy it is! I really cant say enough about it. I definitely think it's worth every penny!!
