Please help me figure out if I have enough food
I need help because I have no clue if I ordered enough food. I am used to cooking pastas and not ordering by the pound.
Does this sounds right for a party of 55 people plus a few kids (most are young and will eat baby food). The guys have HUGE appetites.
8 lbs. pulled pork
64 potato buns
8 whole roasted chickens (64 pieces)
9 slabs of St. Louie ribs (108 ribs)
Full tray of mac and cheese
6 lbs. coleslaw
6 lbs. baked beans
5 dozen cornbread
3 ft. italian hero
3 ft. chicken cutlet/mozz/pepper hero
mac/potato salad
Extra large ceasar salad
Hot Dogs (for kids)
I was thinking of ordering 2 more lbs. of pork and 2 more slabs of ribs..is it necessary?

PLENTY!!!!!!!!!!
ETA: if it will make you feel more comfortable, order a little extra of the ribs. They are always a fav at BBQ's!

LOL...thanks! I feel a little better. I MIGHT order more ribs only because my DH can polish off a full slab himself.

More ribs? And leave other meats as is? Prob going to add 2 more slabs (extra 24-26 ribs).
