Please help me with song ideas for my dance with my new son in law at their wedding

I need song suggestions for the song that I will dance to for my MIL/SIL dance.

I'm thinking I'm going to have the DJ cue up Charles in Charge( his name is Charles) for the first few minutes just to be humorous but I really can't think of any songs for the actual dance!

I really need your help!

Also my DD won't have any dance with her FH's father.

If cirumstances were different I would love "Sunrise, Sunset" from Fiddler on the Roof..

At our wedding I danced with my FIL while DH danced with my mom to What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong.

Im not sure what your relationship is like, but i loooovvvveeee the Rob Thomas song, LITTLE WONDERS...one day when my bro gets married, i'd love to use that for him.


oh, ETA my father and I danced to Van Morrison's "these are the days" from his Avalon Sunset album. Dad's a big Van Morrison fan. So thats another beautiful song too.

Glad you like it! It has special meaning to me and everytime I hear it I cry -- and honestly, I got a little misty thinking of it as a MIL/SIL song too!
