please help my almost 7 month old likes to sleep with her face in the mattress

DD has been rolling over both ways since about 5 months. the past week she has started sleeping on her stomach with her face in the mattress. we have to tried to adjust her so her face is either to the left or right but she just goes back to that position. can anyone offer any advice here?

As long as she can lift her head, i wouldnt really worry about it. Ds has been slleping face down asss up since he is about 6 months.

yup she can lift her head no problem. i'm just afraid of her falling asleep and forgetting to left her head to breathe, or will she wake up before she stops breathing?

Kylie sleeps like this too. I have the angelcare monitor and that is really the only reason i don't worry. Chat Icon

My DD does this too.
It freaks me out but she is fine.
As long as they can lift their head they are ok.
For some reason they find that position comfy!!
