Please help! Nieces and Nephew visiting...
My nieces and nephew ages 21 months (niece), 6 years (niece) and 12 years (nephew) are coming to stay with us for 5 days.
I don't know what types of food to buy! I don't think they do organic... but what types of healthy drinks / snacks should I stock in my fridge / pantry.
I tried emailing and calling my brother and SIL and of course they never responded. 
Thanks in advance! I am clueless when it comes to kids (and in trouble when I have my own someday)!

OMG Racheeee!!! You are sooooo bad... naughty, naughty.
I'd put a call into their parents and just ask what their likes and dislikes are. Some kids eat everything, some kids eat the same two or three things... every kid goes through phases.
ETA: Woops, I see they didn't repond... I'd make up some home made chicken nuggets... I'm not a big fan of the prepared stuff. You can also make homemade pizza on pita breads and they can pick out their toppings... make it a project with the kids and they might enjoy it more.
I'm surprised they didn't respond, I hope their kids don't have any allergies. Can you call the 12 year old directly?
My MIL goes crazy when all of the grandchildren visit because the only thing that they ALL can agree on is chicken cutlet.

Ooooo, you are BAD!!!!!!!
Honestly I would try to call their parents and ask them. And I wouldn't buy too much before they get there b/c kids can be picky and why waste money if you don't have to.

what about bringing the kids to the grocery store with you?? Maybe they would enjoy buying their own food/snacks?

Thanks for the responses!
I will make some homemade chicken cutlets / nuggets and maybe some plain white rice for when they arrive, because I think those are a pretty safe bet!
The goldfish crackers seem good too.
I guess I will just have to wait until they get here on Saturday and take the kids to the store with me. I just wanted to have *something* on hand for when they arrive.
Racheee - I honestly thought you were serious for a minute.
