My DD is 11 months also. I have her on stage 3 but she is taking herself off of that. She wants "big girl" food. She eats whatever I am eating. I do not give her a bottle at feeding because she doesn't want it. I give her a bottle about 2 hours after a meal. I give her a sippy cup with water in it with meals.

I always gave a bottle with the meal or beforehand for the first year. I would say she should be on Stage 3 at 11 months.

Re: Please help regarding menus for 11/12 mth olds
Sydney just turned 11 months yesterday and she has been off baby food for a few months now. She only has her 2 bottom teeth and just this week is starting to get the top 2. But this does not hinder her from eating everything! We tried stage 3's but she didn't really like them. How does Shannon do with regular food? Syd gets milk(she is on cows milk) when she wakes up and before bed. Occassionally she will drink 4 oz or so in the afternoon. With meals she drinks water or watered down juice.

Re: Please help regarding menus for 11/12 mth olds
Brendan will be 11 months next wek. He still eats some jarred food, but I also give him a lot of real food as well. He has 3 meals a day and 3 8 oz bottles. I give him breakfast around 7:30, a bottle at 10-10:30, lunch 12-12:30, bottle around 3:00, dinner at 5:00-5:30, and one last bottle at 6-6:30. I don't give the bottles with the meals because he's not hungry for both so I spread it out. If I give him a stage 3 jar he'll usually finish it and then eat some finger foods as well. He eats puffs, cheerios, cut up pieces of soft fruit and veggies, toast, pancakes, hard boiled egg yolks, pasta. He also likes meatballs and meatloaf. If I cook chicken or beef I'll put it in my food processor real quick just to break up a bit and usually I'll mix it with some veggies.
Don't worry about the teeth. Babies are really good at mashing everything up with their gums. Brendan has had 8 teeth since about 5 months, but he doesn't use them when he chews. Everything gets gummed in the back anyway.

Thank you ladies.. well she likes waffles and the yobaby yougurt, we have some milk in her bottles already.. sometimes we do not eat helathy dinners so I have to give her the jar food.. so i should be on stage 3 ok.. I am just making sure she is getting enough.. i tried pastina and she hated it.. and my mom made her chicken soup ( hardly any salt) and she hated it.. she like her puffs and cherios and I have given her cheese.. so we are getting there..

Tori is 11 months and has been on stage 3 foods for a few months. We are slowly introducing table food. She gets a Stage 3 jar and a 6 oz bottle at 8am, yo baby yogurt or fruit and a 6oz bottle at 12pm, 6oz bottle btwn 3&4(with a snack puffs, cookies, wagon wheels) and a Stage 3 jar and 6oz bottle btwn 6-7. Edited to add we are still on formula until a year per our pediatrician.

Sounds like my son! I actually stopped baby food and formula all together at around 10 months.
ETA: My son had 8 teeth at that point.
