Please help this sweet kitty
Hi all,
My mom took my old cat recently ( I could not take her due to new apartment regulations)
However, my mother has 4 other cats besides this one and they constantly attack my old cat. They are extremely aggressive towards her and beat her up/ chase on her a daily basis. The cat is under awful stress and barely eating 
The vet toward us that she will only recover when she is placed in a new home ( as either the only cat or with one other cat)
She is one of the sweetest kitties you will meet. She is 5 years old, sprayed, has all her shots and is in perfect health. She is super sweet, playful and loving. Very gentle so she would be great with kids. If you can help or know anyone who might able to help please FM me. This is such a sad situation. I cannot stand watching this poor cat suffer every day.

Did the vet also try to figure out why the others are going after her? Territory issues? Maybe something environmental can be done in your moms house that could alleviate the issue.

Yes, he thinks it is definitely territorial. Until we can find her a home we are trying to make some changes. We are setting up additional litter boxes and feeding the cats separately. We also ordered feliway ( it is a spray that and plug in that is supposed to calm cats) I really hope it helps.
