Please help with a gift idea---updated THANKS!
My friend is in a tough place right now. i want to send her something to cheer her up but I can't think of something to send other then flowers which would be nice but I want to send her something different. Does anyone have any good ideas for me? TIA
Update- Thanks Everyone. I took a lot of your ideas and incorporated it into one. I sent a vase of multicolored roses (Bright colors) and I added a spa gift basket with lotions and candles and then a very small box of godiva chocolates. I wanted her to get it tomorrow before she goes back to work on Monday so i was a little limited but I am very happy with what I chose. I hope this makes her feel a little better. thanks for all of your help!

what about an edible arrangement?? they have so many cute things to choose from!  fancy cupcakes (check out the crumbs website!) always make people happy too

I don't know if anyone suggested this already but you can send her an edible arrangement. When my sister was laid off I sent her a "bo-q" of them and she loved it

I should have mentioned this before but she is having some difficulty keeping down foods right now so I am thinking the cupcakes or the edible arrangements wouldn't be so good for her. Maybe I should just send her really bright and cheery flowers
