Please help with Oil Rate Programs...
It's that time again to renew our program. I never know what to do here. These are the options...
Capped price @ $2.749/gallon, meaning there's downward flexibility. Based on company's current rate
Fixed price @ 2.649/gallon
Adjustable $.20/gallon below company's rate
How do you predict what the year will be like? I'm just better off picking the fixed?

my theory is that oil will never go down significantly enough unless there is an alternative.
I would go with a fixed rate.
