Re: Please post your delicious sausage and peppers recipe
No recipe - just a tip if you like hot/mild sausages mxied - cut one in chunks and the other on an angle. This way you can tell the two types when they are cooked/mixed.

Re: Please post your delicious sausage and peppers recipe
I buy one package of sweet and one hot, I'm sure you can do any mixture you'd like. I also get about 4 Italian peppers and 2-3 Green Bell peppers and approx 2 onions. I saute the sausage (cut into chunks) with a little OO until cooked, dump them out into a bowl and throw the peppers and onions in the pan, I throw a little red pepper in and cook until desired tenderness (I prefer mine a little chunky), then I throw slices of garlic in (I use A LOT, like 4 cloves), then I return sausage to pan, mix up, turn heat down and dump a can over stewed tomatoes over the top.

Re: Please post your delicious sausage and peppers recipe
I use Primo Hot Italian sausage. I put them in a deep pan, and add about N inch of water and cover. When water is gone, I brown the sausage. I add 3 green, 3 red peppers, and 1-1.5 onions. About 3-4 tablespoons oil. Salt, pepper, oregano. Let all cook down. Then after all peppers and onions are cooked, I cut up my sausage super thin and let cook another 5 mins. I find if you cut the sausage to soon, they get dry. I make a pretty badasss sausage and peppers.
