We Just did our Den in James River Gray by Benjamin Moore...it is a really nice blue, I love it...I am attaching a pic..dont mind its from a cell phone but you will get an idea of the color...

Dark or light?
For light..I also suggest the above.
For a darker, richer color, BM Polaris Blue.
