Please reccommend a laptop like toy for a 2 year old....
My son always wants to use my computer, I was wondering if there was a kiddie one out there that he could understand and use. I hate some of them where the screen is so small.

We just got the Leapfrog my own Leaptop. The screen is pretty small, but DD loves it. Leapfrog also makes something called the LeapPad Explorer. This looks more like an iPad. That one is over $100 though so I figured I'd try the $20 one first.

We got this one for DS at Christmas when he was about 18 months. He still loves it. I think it's really one that will grow with them. At first he didn't understand what it all did, he just liked pushing buttons. Now he knows a few letters and the associated animals and pushes particular buttons on purpose Eventually he'll understand even more. It's also a hit with other kids who come to play at ours.

Re: Please reccommend a laptop like toy for a 2 year old....
Hubby got her a used tablet. We wiped it and uploaded an Android OS to it. Its running Gingerbread or Honeycomb, I can’t remember.
She has kid games on it and occasionally she’ll use it. Nice big screen.
Frankly I’m against it outside the house though. I don’t want her using it in the car or walking around. It’s a home only item. Outside our home, I play games which are derivative of “I Spy” etc. I see so many small/young toddlers with their faces in their ‘laptop’ and missing out on the world. But I’m old school Ha!

I agree! I just need something for when im on the computer. So he stops abusing my poor laptop.
