Please recommend a bedding set and sheets?

I'm looking for a new bedding set. I have dark furniture and light colored walls with a maroonish accent wall. I'm in desperate need for a new comforter set. I'm also looking for new bedding sheets. We buy new sheets every year and I fell like they rip at the seams so easily. I'm not looking to break the bank but I also want something that will last and something that is comfy! I love that cool feeling of the bed sheets when you first get in bed. TIA!

i swear by the ralph lauren sheets- I always buy them at TJ Maxx for around $39.

I had a duvet set from macy's (hotel collection), but recently bought a tahari duvet from TJ Maxx because I like the design better. It's white with silver swirls all over. I bought dark gray shams and a sparkly 12x20 accent pillow

I buy the Pure Beech 300TC Sateen Sheets at bed bath.
I also have 3 sets for our bed. Not using and washing the same ones will help them last longer.

I have bought all kinds of sheets. Crazy expensive. Much higher thread counts, etc. I always return them. The sateen ones from BBB are the best so far


My bedding I bought at home goods. I have a blue and white floral quilt. It's just for show.
I sleep with a down comforter w plain gray/blue duvet
