Loop Loc makes fences called Baby Loc....I'm not sure who installs them but they are removable if you ever decide you want it down.
Try calling Loop Loc directly (they're located in Hauppauge)

We used All Safe. Very similar to Lifesaver, just a competitor. Worth getting prices from both.
