The Rolling pin did my wedding cake... delicious.
Audrey's in West Sayville does a decent job.

You can use a round glass bowl to bake the cake - it makes a big dress/skirt. Then put a (barbie) doll (w/o legs) on top and wallah

This isn't in suffolk, but they made my bridal shower cake and it was great, sweet things in oceanside...just another option

I can recommend someone whole-heartedly - but she isn't a vendor on here and although none of the others mentioned above are either, I am somehow not allowed to mention her...it's very odd. And, a real shame because she has made beautiful AND delicious cakes for me and for friends.

We used La Bonne Boulangerie for our wedding and it was so yummy! They in Port Jefferson facing the water. Go down to the end of main street toward the ferry. make a left and they will be on your left.

Rolling Pin does almost all of my cakes wedding included and they are delicious and La Bonne did my BFs baby shower cake which looked like a onesie and was AWESOME. I went there to look at 1st B-day ones for Syd and their stuff is incredible! Just a little too much $$$$ for us.
You can't go wrong at either place.
By the way GaryElla- That cake is AMAZING!

I too recommend the Rolling Pin. They did my wedding cake and did a replication for my 1st anniversary.
We also like Audrey's. They did the a baseball shaped grooms cake for our rehearsal.
