I HIGHLY recommend taking a Fat Tire Bike Tour in Paris. I did it when I was there and it was great, they take you around the city, which helps you get your bearing and see a bunch of sites and then we took a boat cruise (we took a night tour).
Also in Paris, go to the Muse D'Orsay. I didn't get to go when I was there and I SO regret it.

Amsterdam, rent a bike, bike around the city - that's what Amsterdam is all about. Sites to see - Anne Frank house, Van Gogh museum. There's a really great park... I think it's called Vondel park or something, just a nice place to get out of the city for an hour or two.

Munich is awesome!

make sure you get to MarienPlantz to see the Glockenspiel ( I think it's 5 pm)

the English Garden is beautiful, as is Nymphenberg Palace.

and no trip to Munich would be complete without a visit to the Hofbrauhaus!

it's a beautiful city with so many sites. We also visited the Olympic stadium and the BMW factory.

I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Paris is also lovely, but I am betting you'll get more feedback there.

Stay away from Munich on a Monday...all the touristy things are closed.

Watch your bag in Prague, and watch out for Brits on Stag weekends...cheap beer = drunk brits!!!

Have a good time!

Great trip - 4 of my favorite cities!!!

Paris - tons to do - you can't do everything that you want in one trip, but the basics: Eiffel Tower, Champs Elyssee, Arc d'Triomphe, the Lourve. ITA with the AP about the Picasso Museum - FANTASTIC! Also I've done other bike tours and they are a great way to see European cities! If you have time - a short trip to Versailles.

Amsterdam - Anne Frank, a canal tour (similar to other cities' bike tours - but it is great to see Amsterdam by canal! Rijks museum.

Munich - much has been said: Hofbrauhaus, Marienplatz, Glockenspiel. A great day trip is the castle at Neuschwanstein.

Prague - The Charles Bridge and the castle. If you are interested in the gem garnet - buy one here. Lots of faberge too!

search on frommers for places to eat - Europe is a gastronic dream!!

Enjoy!
