Please recommend your baker. (Smithtown/Hauppauge)
Can anyone recommend their baker? I've been searching for someone to do my DS 1st birthday cake but so many are busy or don't respond. DH & I want it to be a special cake, not just a sheet cake.
The theme is Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. TIA!!!

Thanks. I emailed her a couple of times. Just waiting to hear back from her. I love her work!!! I think she might be too busy though.  I would love for her to do the cake!

I'm using Julie from fatty cakes and bakes. She has a Mickey mouse clubhouse cake on her blog that amazing! She's not in smithtown but she does deliver.

I used her! My sons cake was the transportation cake. It was perfect. I designed it, drew it up for her, and she copied it exactly, every detail.
I drove all the way to her from Brooklyn, she quoted me half of what the bakeries here charge. It was so worth it.
