Please recommend your COMFY flats for this New Mom!
Unfortunately pregnancy wreaked havoc on my poor feet and ankles. I am now 12 weeks PP and I STILL have some swelling and ankle and foot pain!
Anyway, since I had to return to work, I am looking for some comfy flats to wear while I PRAY that my feet and ankles make a full recovery, because I really can't take too much more of this pain.
Anyone bought any recently?
I was thinking of these from Naturalizer? What other brands are comfortable yet don't look like my Mom's ?

Personally, I would find shoes with elastic.... KWIM? I saw one style of elastic-ish flats in marshall's last week that aren't gorgeous, but are suitable for work.....

my mom was in the market for comfy walking shoes for europe. i told her to get PRIVO, theyre made by Clarks. theyre reallllly comfy.
they dont have too many dressy flats but you can definitely get away with some, depends on your dress code i guess!
these are the ones she got.
also try clarks, aerosoles

I have some cute Merrell flats that I got when I found out I was pregnant and expect to wear them post partum (and HOPE my swelling goes down then! )
ETA: If you are stil swelling, I would totally stay away from anything with elastic or straps, JMO.

Don't know your budget, but the most comfortable shoes I have are Dansko clogs. But they also have different styles.

I like Privo also, I bought these in brown and black:
Believe it or not, the black ones are extremely comfortable and the brown ones are a little tight. The black ones are a different material and stretch, I think.
I also have Borns and agree they are extremely expensive. Only, the last time I saw them at DSW, they were more utilitarian looking than stylish.
Hope this helps!

I always buy Anne Klein flats, super super comfy and really cute too! I usually find them at Lord & Taylor.

I'd second born. I buy them at Marshalls usually so they're half off. They're $40 there but well worth that. I've worn Aerosoles but postpartum only the born shoes get me through the day no soreness. Now with the aerosoles I still hurt by the end of the day. But I work on my feet and I work 10 hours days somedays.

I don't know how you feel about it, but I get a lot of nice, comfortable shoes (heels and flats) from QVC! I really love their shoes and they have a lot of the brands you see in stores, just different styles. If you feel like it take a look, just search for flats! good luck!
