Please recommend your favorite running gear (ie running tights/shorts, armband for ipod, etc)
What gear do you love? Does anyone have an armband they really like for their ipod/mp3/phone? Thanks!

I haven't used an armband in years, but I am thinking of getting a small waist pack. The newer waistpacks have a hole for headphone wires and electronic compartments. As far as gear goes, I'm pretty loyal to Nike. I love lululemon for my yoga classes, but it's a bit of a scene in the city and I like to look nice. I use thorlo socks bc my feet take a beating and I really really have to get fitted for a new pair of sneakers. I think I'm going to try Asics.

I just bought something called the spibelt and love it!! It holds my phone and keys and hardly any bounce when I run!!

OMG this is EXACTLY what I have been looking for!!! Thanks for sharing!
No problem! I read about it recently when I was desperately trying to find something to hold at least my keys. Now that summer is coming, no more zippered jackets to put them in and I needed something like this. What I like about it is for things like keys and a phone where you really would worry about losing, you can quickly "feel" for them to make sure they're still there! I don't trust the key pocket things they sell that attach to the sneaker and they don't hold my key and remote for the car. Yay for the spibelt!!! That thing is awesome!
I also love my Nathan handheld water bottle. We have run at hecksher on some crazy days and were so glad we brought it b/c we couldn't locate a water fountain.

i've been using the same armband for years, so not sure if they even sell it anymore.
but in terms of gear, i love running in nike shorts. not only are they flattering, but they are super comfortable.
