Please recommend your jogging stroller for walks around the neighborhood
I have a MacClaren, but don't think it would be the best thing for extensive walks (I like to go a few times a week and I don't want to wear it out).
I don't jog though, just walk.
Any recommendations?
ETA DD is 6 1/2 months

I have the CityMini by BabyJogger, its not a "true" jogging stroller, but an urban stroller, good for long walks, bumpy terrain etc. I love it!

I have an InStep Safari and I love it for walks in the neighborhood. But it's only for that, it's way too huge to fold up and bring anywhere...

I love the jeep "jogging" stroller. we use it everyday when the weather is nice for long walks to the pond, and it has endured two disney trips already.

As long as you don't plan to actually jog with it - I love my Jeep jogger - DD has tons of room in it - and it has huge baskets so if you want to go to the park with lunch etc there is plenty of storage room and it has been great in the neighborhood for walks as well as outtings at the Bronx zoo.
It has a cute steering wheel which DD likes to play with from time to time. I know several moms who have this stroller as well and love it.

That looks great!!! Where did you get it and how much does it cost if you don't mind me asking. Also, does it fold well, fit in trunk? One more ques. are the wheels fixed for do they swivel?
Thanks!!!

Re: Please recommend your jogging stroller for walks around the neighborhood
Smdl has this one as well - she got hers first, and then several of my friends got it after I did.
Yes the front wheel is swivel which is why I LOVE IT but you can lock it if you want to. I have a CRV and it easily fits into my trunk without a problem and I still have room for groceries etc.
It is $159 on BRU's website. I used a coupon on it so I didn't spend that much. I got mine back in the summer at the westbury location.
It has some other great features - a lot of the joggers I found seemed to tip easily this one is very sturdy but I can easily lift it if I'm out on a walk and had to go over a curb.
It has great deep cup holders, the snack tray btw can be removed. It has side pockets for things like keys etc. It has a decent recline too. DD takes naps in it all the time.
The best feature is that it has an ipod (or anything that you can plug speakers into) docking station - basically just a speaker - but it is right in the mommy drink tray and so you can put your ipod on and you and your DC or just you can listen to music!!! It isn't very loud but I have no trouble hearing it when walking on busier streets.
Etd to add it also comes with straps so that you can attach an infant car seat to the stroller - but I never used that feature b.c DD was out of the car seat when I started using it
