TIA
Can you also tell me on what day you are suppose to start testing? Thank you, I am somewhat new to this.

Re: Please recommend your OPK
It depends on your cycle...on average if you have a 28 day cycle--you should start testing around CD10----you should get + on the OPK by around CD12 or CD13.
If your cycle is 29 days, then start testing CD11, 30 days? CD12....so on and so forth. The OPK should have a little chart in it explaining this.
I tried for the first time Clear Blue Easy OPK (the non-digital) just to see if my charting online was correct on mymonthlycycles.com -- some ladies feel the lines are hard to read and prefer the CBE Digital that gives you a smiley when you have your LG surge.
Good luck!

Re: Please recommend your OPK
Thank you. For the first month I used fertiltyfriend.com. But I feel like it's a guessing game. I think my next cycle I am going to use an OPK.

Re: Please recommend your OPK
i have always had irregular cycles....mymonthlycycles said i was supposed to O on the 14th (meaning I would have an LG surge by the 12th)--and i didn't get an LH surge until the 16th. so it doesn't hurt to try and be sure.

Re: Please recommend your OPK
Hands down the CBE Digital. It's either a smiley or a circle and there's no guessing to it.
They're a little expensive ($29.99 at Target) but you can find them on eBay and get a good deal.
I tried the ones with the lines and was making myself crazy.
I wish I would have started them earlier since my cycles were crazy right after coming off BCP. I've been off for a year and they've just started to regulate. mymonthlycycles.com O date wasn't correct for me.
Good luck!

Re: Please recommend your OPK
Target has the ClearBlue Easy Smiley Digitals at a decent price (29 a pack)
I also got them off of Ebay for 25 a pack.
I would def. recommend going for the versus the lines. The lines are all a big guessing game - and the ones are so easy to read.
I have similar cycles to you I believe (30-34days long.) I have gotten on CD14, CD15, and CD16. The first month I did start testing on CD10 just to get the hang of it and see where I was at. Now, I will start on CD12 this month. HTH!

Re: Please recommend your OPK
I use the Clear blue fertility monitor. I paid $150 from drugstore.com , but i've found that amazon.com has it cheaper.
and if you have a flex spending acct through your health insurance, its FSA eligible..which is what i used to purchase it.
It gives you 1-5 high days, 2 peak days, and 1 high day per month. no lines to mistake..i like it. you pee on it every morning for 10-15 days. I believe the first few cycles its more like 15 days until it gets to know your hormones.
I definitely recommend the investment.
