Christopher got the Neat and Tidy cottage from Step 2 from Grandma and Grandpa for his birthday.
He loves it, and I love that it has a floor (and so does he, little OCD nutball that he is)
It seemed to be a big hit at his birthday party

That is really cute! I want to give my aunts a few options and have them get what they like. I like that it has a floor too. They all don't have floors?

We have the same one as Kate, and no, they do not all have floors
Miki loves the one we have, she plays in it all the time

We are getting for Noahs birthday the same one Kate posted, the Neat and Tidy one. It depends on price range you want to spend. The neat and tidy one has a floor which is great but is also the cheapest one on the market...you can find it on sale for like $139-$160.
Others can run up up to $400. And they have tons of bells and whistles.
I looked at the Amazon.com reviews and found them helpful.

We have the Neat n' Tidy Cottage also and DD loves it! We liked that it had a floor.

I drove myself nuts with this issue a few weeks ago. DH didnt like the neat & tidy one (he wanted something more house like --dont ask  )
Anyway, we chose the step 2 Front porch one. Totally cute, DS loves it. But I will say its not that big inside. DS and my niece fit in it but there not extra room. It was $299.
I also liked the little tikes picnic on the patio one and that appears larger.

We got DD the Neat & Tidy one for her b-day too. It's still in the box, but she plays with the same one at her friend's house and loves it.

The Neat & Tidy one seems to be on sale every so often. We actually got it at BJ's for $169 I think-- it was that much b/c it comes with like 30 pieces of food (and maybe pots & pans, etc) in the BJ's set.

You haven't seen him in awhile....he's a little giant!
I think they are both adorable and I like that they are different price ranges because I would never want to assume how much my aunts want to spend KWIM. This way it's completely up to them - and both houses look perfect!
