Please recommend your periannuals and scrubs...
I have 2 large front beds where I'm ripping everything out. I want to replant them with easy to maintain periannuals and I would love to find some scrubs/bushes that flower. Can you recommend any? I would love to see pictures too.

Montauk Daisies.. but give them lots and lots of room. They need no care! They bloom in late summer.
For some early color you could do azealeas or rhododendrums (okay, I know I butchered the spellings on those).
Salvia gets nice and tall and blooms most of the summer.

I second salvia. They bloom summer to fall and they are very easy to maintain.
Butterflies love them and they multiply.
Blue Fescue is a nice ornamental grass that will be there year round:
You can also get creeping phlox which is a semi evergreen and blooms in the spring:
