My friend also dont have much time to spend on cooking. She just joined online Kraft.com and she said they send you magazines each month, plus they have recipes on there site. She loves them & says they are real simple.

Re: Please recommened Easy Good Cookbook
I have a Bisquick Cookbook that has a nice variety of fast and easy recipes.
A basic Betty Crocker or Goodhousekeeping cookbook is also a safe bet.
Foodnetwork.com and the betty crocker websites are fun to browse with lots of recipe ideas.

Re: Please recommened Easy Good Cookbook
my favorite cookbooks are the weight watcher ones... they have healthy recipes that taste great and are pretty easy to make... even if you arent on WW, i think they are still great to have and use...

I have a really good coobook called "How to Cook Everything", I forget who the author is but it's fantastic and very simple. Tells you how to cook everything even simple things like scrambled eggs. Great book.
