we have an accepted offer on our co-op! i don't want to jinx it... but i really need some good luck vibes. we've been trying to sell for 6 months now and everything has fallen through. it's the holiday weekend so everything's pretty much on hold with speaking to the lawyers and whatnot, but PLEASE let this pan out when we get the ball rolling on monday!
