Please share your daily meals/recipes, trying to stay under 1500 cal/day
I've been using my fitness pal for some time, but I find it hard to stay at my daily calorie goal. I always seem to be 200 over. Please share what you eat. thanks so much.

MFP put me at 1200. I googled 1200 calorie meals and a whole plan came up on eatingwell.com

I also use MyFitnessPal. The thing that has helped me the most is measuring EVERYTHING! I used to guess how many ounces of meat I was having and I was completely selling myself short. My food scale is now my best friend! LOL
I've also found that I lose the most when I lower carbs.
I'm not a big breakfast person so I usually just have coffee or tea in the morning.
Lunch: salad with 4 oz. of turkey or grilled chicken, or tuna prepared with mustard. Sometimes I'll do turkey and lettuce roll-ups with mustard.
Dinner: some type of grilled chicken: topped with spinach, tomato and mozzarella..marinated in basalmic..topped with salsa..marinated in hot sauce, etc. Turkey burgers, tukey stuffed peppers, turkey chili, turkey sloppy joes. Basically, I always have ground tukey and chicken breasts in my freezer! LOL I always make a vegetable on the side, my favorites are broiled asparagus, spaghetti squash and zucchini noodles.
Snacks: string cheese, pepperoni, baby carrots, celery, fruit.

I got a measuring cup/scale from Amazon. Its pretty cool & most show grams along with oz. A lot of food on MFP app search show grams.

Have you ever gone to www.Skinnytaste.com. I have honestly made tons of stuff from there and everything is delicious. There are a ton of recipes for every type of meal, snack and drinks. They even have all the Nutrional Value of each meal so it's easy for you to track. And if you are on WW (which I am) they even listed the Points Value for the Old system and the New system.
