I bought these exact pants over the summer (in black, white and tan) after seeing the capri post (can't do capris at work). They are super comfortable and perfect for what you are looking for. Waiting for my delivery of some other colors to be delivered now!

They have a line of pants that really are more like pants than leggings -- even though they are called leggings. They fit so well, they have a slimming waist, a little suck you in, and they are a nice thick, material that has the same coverage as a pant -- with a piping in it as an outline, almost like a pocket. I can't explain it but I have them in every color: black, oxblood, slate gray, etc.

I say they run a bit larger.
I tend to size down in these- they have a lot of stretch to them

I wash and put mine in the dryer all the time and they don't shrink lol, mine are a little loose too.
