PLEASE show me your white home
im having the hardest time deciding what to do with the door, window trim, and shutters.
pics would be lovely!

I'd help with ideas if you could describe the home. Is it a colonial, a victorian, a ranch? Can you post a picture of a house that resembles it?
I have a soft spot in my heart for daring colored doors, but it only works on certain kinds of homes.
Red is always nice and a relatively safe option.
My current door is like this color, but I'm kooky like that:
I'm eager to try something like this over the summer:

my mom suggested that color!
but i dont think my home could handle it.
the thing is, the house is realy big, but the front is tiny. its a basic levitt ranch from the front. no dormer and the entryway is on the left. ill find a pic of a similar home..

what color door would you do with this??
plus, my door is off to the side too, like that home. and im used to thinking of cae style where it is front and center.

I think taupe shutters with a navy blue door would be gorgeous.
You could also do dark brown door, maroon, hunter green..

I don't have a pic of the outside of my house (and wouldn't feel comfortable posting it anyway, lol) but it's white with black shutters and dark hunter-ish green door and awning (over porch).
