shh.. I think he is finally down.. but he's on his belly he didn't want it any other way and we have been trying for hours.
So how does the Angel Care work? Where have you found it online?
I saw another one like the Angel Care online that is supposed to have a bigger sensor pad.. maybe I should look into that...
Any Pro's and Con's for either?

Never heard anything about the angel care. My little guy won't sleep anywhere but his car seat or his swing. It's a pain, but as long as he's happy, so am I

Does your crib have a solid board under the mattress? Mine doesn't, so I couldn't use the Angel Care.

I think the angel care monitor alerts you if it senses no movement (breathing) for 20 seconds....I have it and it is honestly the only reason I was able to relax, since Nick only wanted to sleep on his belly. A few times after he got a little bigger and moved around more, he rolled off the sensor pad and the alrm sounded - it was scary, but at least it worked! After that I stopped using it since he was moving all over the crib - but then again he was over 6 months old by that point.
I think if you don't have a board under your mattress, you can make your own - I just used a piece of plywood.

Same here!! But this week we said that's it and started him in the crib overnight. Needless to say... it's been a loooong week!! But, he's doing MUCH better already and is sleeping almost as well in the crib as in the carseat or swing.
I hope Jack got some rest last night - and I hope you did too!

The board is simply a flat surface that you can place the monitor's mat on. The motion sensors are in the mat that goes between the mattress and board.

We have this monitor too. The baby does not have to be directly over the sensor pad for it to work - it senses movement on the entire mattress (we tested it and it worked even in the corners of the crib). If the alarm went off, chances are the baby was not breathing or moving for 20 seconds (which is common for babies). The alarm has gone off a few times at our house, and when Jesse hears it he moves/breathes again. Only once did he not hear it and we found him with his face in the corner of the crib. We definitely recommend it and it does help us sleep more soundly. We put the plywood under the mattress as well.
The monitor will not prevent something from happening, but it will alert you before anything serious happens so you can get to your baby in time.

Yikes! How scary...when I did go to the crib after the alarm sounded, he was sleeping normally, so I just assumed that it was because he was at the other end of the crib!

Yeah, he is freaking me out because he is all over the place in the crib now since he mastered rolling. And even though 2 days ago he would sleep on his back beautifually that went out the window last night.
Is it worth getting the monitor if he is already 3 months (he will be on tuesday)?
I have a video monitor which I love.. but I'm terrfied of something happening to him at night and its even worse now with Dh far away.
