Since Gillian is born we have had alot of visitors. Many people bring their kids and the kids jump in her swing, cradle, and walkers. I feel nervy having to tell the parents who should know better to get their kids out. what have you done in these situations

I'm not a pushover, but those kinds of things don't really bother me, they are kids, they are inquisitive...so long as they don't hurt themselves, play away!

I am not talking about toys I am talking about swings, cradles, high chairs, car seats etc... Thes things are breaking on me because the kids are over 4 and jumping in her stuff. If it were a doll I would definitely let them play away but I dont understand why a 4+ yr old needs to be in my 4 week olds swing. I have said things while the parent is standing there but nothing gets done.

I know what you mean, my friends little girl used to sit in Noah's car seat carrier...believe you me, if she could break it...well it wasn't going to save my kids life in a car accident!

same here! Ive nicely said it to the child ,"youre a big gir/boy". Once or twice I didnt say anything because my own toddlers were in the baby stuff too, so they were the ones that started the trend Chat Icon
